Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead to collaborate with research staff across the Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway region. The role focuses on accelerating recruitment, training and stakeholder education to optimize site performance.

You will manage relationships with healthcare providers, coordinate multi-site activities and ensure programs are delivered efficiently, with strong communication in English and a flexible travel schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or related field is required or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Clinical research site experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research staff to develop study-specific action plans for recruitment and training.
• Educate healthcare professionals and staff on study protocols.
• Build and maintain relationships with health care providers to optimize site performance.
• Manage and analyze site records to tailor recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate internal reporting and organize group events to improve program delivery.
