Job summary

Novartis Danmark in Copenhagen seeks a visionary Value & Access Head to steer strategic access, pricing, HTA, and market access across Denmark. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape payer strategies, strengthen partnerships with payers and policymakers, and drive portfolio value while ensuring patient access to innovative therapies.

Qualifications

8+ years of Market Access experience in pharma.
Proven pricing negotiations and innovative contracting.
Experience shaping payer strategies across brands.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Health Economics and Commercial teams.
Excellent Danish and English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the Denmark Value & Access organization and set strategic priorities.
Develop and execute integrated access, pricing, reimbursement strategies.
Lead and develop teams across Access, Pricing, HEOR, HTA, and related functions.
Shape external environment through partnerships with payers and policymakers.
Ensure robust market access and sustainable patient access for therapies.
Collaborate with commercial, medical, regional, and global teams to drive portfolio growth.
