Job summary

Eurowind Energy A/S seeks a Senior Global Technology Specialist, PV to shape PV operations across markets. You will own lifecycle strategy, set technical standards, and translate complex challenges into scalable frameworks for a multi-country portfolio.

You will lead O&M strategy development, reliability enhancements, and lifecycle decisions, with cross-functional collaboration and occasional travel across Eurowind's 16+ country portfolio. Security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in solar PV systems, including technology, performance analysis, and failure patterns.
• Experience with O&M strategy, lifecycle management (retrofit, repowering, decommissioning) and reliability engineering.
• Background in global or multi-market asset management with commercial awareness linking technical decisions to asset value.
• Structured and analytical with a systematic approach to complex technical problems.
• Ability to develop governance frameworks and communicate technical depth to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative and cross-functional, able to work across disciplines and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own PV lifecycle strategy and technical standards to set global direction for Eurowind operations.
• Translate complex challenges into frameworks applicable across markets and teams.
• Develop and improve PV O&M strategies, lifecycle frameworks, and standards for operation, retrofit, repowering and decommissioning.
• Lead technical evaluation and prepare decision material for lifecycle, performance and investment cases.
• Contribute PV expertise to incident analysis and define corrective actions.
• Interface between global offices, PV competence center and PV O&M knowledge base.
