Eurowind Energy A/S, based in Denmark, seeks a Technical Operations Specialist to join the Technical Asset Management team. You will oversee operation and maintenance of electrical grids and installations, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), using SCADA to ensure safe, stable, and efficient performance.
You will collaborate with EPC, Asset Management, Investors, service providers and grid operators, plan shutdowns, coordinate switching, investigate faults and optimize documentation.
Eurowind Energy is a global and leading developer, owner and operator of energy parks. Based in Denmark, we operate in 16 different countries across Europe, and we are continuously growing our project portfolio. We believe in a future of renewable energy, and we have an ambitious plan of becoming the next generation’s “Power Major”. Based on a full value chain from greenfield project development to energy trading, more than 700 team members are dedicated to creating a greener future fueled with nothing but renewable energy!
Right now, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Technical Asset Management team.
As Technical Operations Specialist at Eurowind Energy, you will play a key role in the operation and maintenance of electrical grids and electrical installations in Denmark, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will be part of the Technical Asset Management function and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operation of our assets.
You will collaborate closely with EPC, Technical Asset Management colleagues, the Investor department, service providers, suppliers, grid companies, and SCADA specialists.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical foundation and practical experience within electrical power systems. Your background may be as an engineer, marine engineer, authorized installer or similar – what matters most is your solid understanding of how electrical grids and installations function in practice, particularly within medium- and high-voltage systems.
As a person, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently in a structured and proactive manner. You are solution-oriented, persistent, and able to take ownership of your tasks, while also being a team player who shares knowledge and collaborates effectively across functions.
Please note that security clearance may be required for this position.
We offer a role with a high degree of independence, where you will have significant responsibility for your own tasks and areas. This requires that you are self‑driven, resilient and comfortable working autonomously in a technically demanding environment.
At Eurowind Energy we do our best to create a culture where everyone is valued and feels at home. You will notice this in your everyday work life, where you have the freedom to speak up and where your voice means something to us. We know that when you grow, we grow. Therefore, we strive to support you in what you believe is right and in your personal and professional development. We offer you an exciting job in an energetic and international environment. And we promise you: the wind is never standing still.
Developing, operating and managing wind and solar parks is not just pure business for us. It is a way to view the world. And with this worldview comes a genuine ambition to be one of the leading developers in Europe. Because creating a future run entirely on green energy matters to us.
We manage our own portfolio of projects and at the same time, we perform technical and financial management of projects. We have throughout many years experienced sustained economic growth in the number of developed projects and companies in management. And we continue to expect this. Simply because it is in our nature to keep developing – projects, companies and our people.
