Job summary

Danfoss Nordborg, DK, is seeking a Senior Professional, Network Engineering to help maintain enterprise network infrastructure across manufacturing sites, offices, and data centers in the EMEA region. You will combine hands-on troubleshooting with strategic upgrades, focusing on reliability, security, and performance of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless across our global operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routing (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, STP, subnetting, VPN technologies, wireless networking, and network security concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba switches, Aruba Wireless, Aruba Central, ClearPass, and network monitoring tools.
• Experience installing, upgrading, and supporting network infrastructure in complex business environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication in English (Danish is an asset).
• Experience with SD‑WAN, scripting, automation, ITIL practices, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across EMEA.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routing, switching, wireless, and connectivity issues.
• Deliver and support network infrastructure projects including upgrades and site deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement with root-cause analysis and automation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across EMEA, ensuring stable, secure, and reliable connectivity for manufacturing sites, offices, and data centers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing, switching, wireless, and network connectivity issues while contributing to major incident and problem management activities.
• Deliver and support network infrastructure projects, including lifecycle upgrades, office relocations, site expansions, and new site deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities, performing root cause analysis, and contributing to automation initiatives.
• Create and maintain high-qualitynetwork documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge resources that support efficient operations and team collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer supporting enterprise-scale network environments.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routing (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, STP, subnetting, VPN technologies, wireless networking, and network security concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Aruba switches, Aruba Wireless, Aruba Central, ClearPass, and network monitoring tools.
• Experience installing, upgrading, and supporting network infrastructure in complex business environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication in English language (Danish is an asset); stakeholder collaboration skills; multiculturalexperience.
• Experience withSD‑WAN, scripting, automation, ITIL practices, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
