Job summary

Grundfos seeks a Lead M&A Specialist to own end-to-end M&A transactions from LOI through due diligence, negotiations, and signing. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and advise executives and external advisers worldwide from our Bjerringbro headquarters.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, valuation capabilities, and English fluency, with a track record in corporate M&A or related advisory. Hybrid work and global collaboration are core aspects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance, business, commercial, or MBA (or engineering with MBA).
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate M&A, investment banking, or similar.
• Strong analytical and valuation capabilities with attention to detail.
• Advanced communication skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute M&A transactions from LOI to closing, including integration planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and align stakeholders worldwide.
• Prepare decision materials for executives and external parties.
• Conduct valuations and financial analyses of targets.
• Challenge hypotheses and strengthen deal rationale.
