Job summary

Justt is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for Fraud & Chargeback to own US revenue-related chargeback strategy. You’ll sit between Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, CS, and Product, acting as the trusted expert for merchants, PSPs, and PayFacs in the US.

You’ll join a cross-functional team to shorten sales cycles, raise win rates on strategic deals, and shape industry leadership through thought leadership, content, and conferences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments, chargebacks, fraud or risk at an enterprise merchant, PSP, acquirer, scheme or payments SaaS vendor.
• Deep knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and American Express dispute rules, alerts and RDR, 3DS, and monitoring programs.
• Proven track record supporting complex enterprise sales (pre-sales, advisory, or SME role).
• Working network among US Heads of Payments, Fraud and Risk.
• Strong public speaking with panels, talks, or published content.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to payments and chargebacks expert for US strategic merchants, PSPs, and PayFacs, before and after the sale.
• Join business reviews and escalations on top US accounts when executive credibility is needed, then hand operational follow-up to CS M and SE.
• Spot expansion angles (new MIDs, regions, PSPs, alerts/RDR strategy) and bring them to the account owner.
• Represent Justt at key US events: conferences, roundtables and panels; lead sessions and bring customers on stage.
• Turn US customer and market feedback into clear product input, and share regulatory changes with Sales, CS and Product.
