Job summary

Danish Crown A/S is seeking a Senior Lead, Finance Business Partner to act as the trusted financial advisor to a global business unit. You will combine strategic finance, performance management, and business partnering to drive value and support critical decisions.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and regional teams to translate priorities into actionable insights and measurable outcomes, while championing cost optimisation and transparent reporting across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Strategy, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategy or similar functions.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in international, complex organisations.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management.
• Analytical capabilities including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted Finance Business Partner to leadership team, providing strategic guidance and financial insight.
• Own planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the business unit.
• Translate strategic priorities into financial plans and resource allocation.
