Job summary

DAT-Schaub seeks a Senior Lead, Finance Business Partner to act as the trusted financial advisor to a global business unit. You will combine strategic finance, performance management and business partnering to translate priorities into profitable growth and measurable value.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive planning, forecasting and reporting, and ensure decision-making is supported by robust analytics and KPI discipline.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Strategy, or related field.
• 5+ years in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategy, or similar.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in international and complex organisations.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and performance management.
• Fluency in English and a valid Danish work permit.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted Finance Business Partner to Leadership team, providing strategic guidance and financial insight to support critical business decisions.
• Own and drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Translate strategic priorities into financial plans, resource allocation decisions, and value creation initiatives.
• Challenge commercial and operational assumptions through data-driven analysis and business partnering.
• Develop, evaluate, and challenge business cases, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives with benefits realisation tracked.
• Analyse pricing, profitability, productivity, working capital, and margins to identify performance improvements.
• Establish and continuously improve KPI frameworks, reporting, and accountability structures.
• Deliver high-quality, decision-oriented reporting and performance reviews for leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Provide scenario analyses and forward-looking recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions to protect performance.
• Support evolution of Finance Business Partnering by driving simplification and improving forecast quality.
