Job summary

DSV – Senior Finance Business Partner, Europe region, collaborates with regional leadership and finance teams across Europe to translate financial data into actions that boost growth and profitability. You will report to the Regional CFO Europe and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting in a large, international matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a comparable finance role
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and supporting business-critical decisions
• Experience working in a large, international, and matrixed organization
• Strong financial modelling, planning, and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations
• A proactive and collaborative approach, combined with a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Providing insightful financial analysis and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Partnering with senior business leaders to drive business performance by connecting financial performance with business objectives, driving continuous improvement, and enabling the successful business priorities
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the region
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and value-creation initiatives that support sustainable growth
• Supporting investment decisions through robust business cases and financial modelling
• Driving continuous improvement of reporting, processes, and governance frameworks
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions, countries, and divisions
