Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to support vertical roller mills across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with heavy on-site duties and 70-80% travel. You will install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires hands-on mechanical expertise, reading drawings, and mentoring junior technicians. Opportunities for international travel and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on field service, maintenance or commissioning experience.
• Experience with rotary systems in cement, grinding, or similar heavy industrial plants.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical inspections and site assessments before installations and maintenance.
• Oversee equipment installation, alignment, and assembly at customer plants.
• Perform startup and commissioning of new systems and components.
• Conduct performance testing and validate against specs.
• Prepare commissioning reports with observations and corrective actions.
• Train customer personnel on operation and emergency procedures.
