The opportunity:
As the Senior External & Executive Communications Manager, you will own the development and execution of the company’s external communications strategy while supporting the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with high-impact internal communications.
You are a trusted advisor to senior leadership and an active partner to business leaders, ensuring that corporate messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s strategy and priorities. You will collaborate closely with Regional leaders, marketing, branding, IR, HR, and business stakeholders.
The purpose of this role is to strengthen the company’s reputation, positioning, and visibility externally, while ensuring effective internal communication from leadership that drives alignment, engagement, and understanding across the organization. This role also contributes to shaping corporate narratives, managing media relations, supporting change communication initiatives, and developing executive messaging across key platforms and moments.

Salary range: 700,000 - 930,000 DKK
