Job summary

XPENG Danmark is seeking an experienced EV service technician to join our workshop team. You will carry out service and repairs on luxury electric vehicles, following XPENG's repair instructions and standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in EV or luxury-brand diagnostics, a Danish driver’s license, HV level 3, and strong customer-focused communication. Proficiency with diagnostics and troubleshooting is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in EV or luxury-brand diagnostics.
• Danish driver’s license and excellent driving skills.
• HV specialist (level 3) and EV technician education.
• Proficient with diagnostics and troubleshooting for electric/hybrid vehicles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and repairs within XPENG's repair instructions and standards.
• Experience with EV principles, structure and repair of electric cars; diagnose faults.
• Coordinate with customers and provide clear explanations of diagnostics and fixes.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are followed and document work performed.
