Job summary

Polestar in Denmark is seeking an Inside Sales Advisor to join our Danish Customer Engagement Center in Søborg. You will deliver premium sales and service experiences for Danish customers in the automotive sector and support the local growth plans.

You will handle outbound follow-ups, inquiries via email, chat and social media, assist with test drives and handovers, and collaborate with internal teams to provide an exceptional customer journey.

Qualifications

• More than six months of experience in a role focused on sales and customer service.
• Methodical and comfortable working on digital platforms.
• Able to convey guidelines and instructions in clear and easy-to-understand language.
• Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Outbound follow-ups on sales leads, including test drives.
• Ongoing dialogue with test drive and handover centers.
• Handle emails, chats, inbound calls and outbound follow-up calls.
• Handle inquiries from and comments on social media activities.
• Represent Polestar at planned customer events.
• Be the first point of contact during the purchasing process, advise on Polestar products and financing/leasing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a great customer experience.
