Job summary

Zenvo is seeking a skilled Hyper Car Technician to join our workshop team in Denmark. The role covers assembly, maintenance, and preparation of high-performance hypercars, including fault-finding and testing activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive assembly, motorsport, or similar high-performance mechanical environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to read CAD drawings, work orders, technical documentation, and instructions.
• A proactive hands-on mindset with a focus on quality, responsibility, and teamwork.
• Fluency in English; Danish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and structural components in prototype, pre-series, and production vehicles.
• Support the full vehicle build process from bare chassis to finished test-ready or delivery-ready vehicle.
• Read and work from technical drawings, build documentation, and assembly guidelines.
• Perform mechanical fitting, installation, routing, trimming, and fine-tuning of high-precision components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and build-related issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Carry out maintenance, repairs, and vehicle preparation to meet quality standards.
• Support testing, development, and demonstration activities as needed.
• Document completed work and contribute observations and improvement suggestions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
