Coloplast is seeking an experienced sustainability reporting professional to lead the company's strategic sustainability reporting agenda and drive reporting excellence across the organisation.
This role is responsible for coordinating and continuously improving Coloplast's sustainability disclosures, ESG ratings, and stakeholder communications, ensuring transparent, credible, and compliant reporting. Working across Sustainability, Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Market Access and other functions, the role will ensure that sustainability commitments, performance, and progress are communicated effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
The role owns the qualitative components of sustainability reporting and disclosure processes, while partnering closely with the ESG Controller in Finance, who is responsible for quantitative reporting requirements.
You will join Coloplast's Global Sustainability team, which sits in our Global Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability team under Global Operations. The team is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company's sustainability strategy, including Environment, Health and Safety, and supports the business in delivering on its Impact4 strategic commitments.

Reporting to the Senior Director - Sustainability, you will work alongside dedicated sustainability professionals and collaborate extensively across the organisation, particularly with Finance, Communications and Investor Relations to strengthen our ESG reporting and assurance processes.
