Job summary

Coloplast seeks an experienced sustainability reporting professional to lead the qualitative disclosure agenda and drive reporting excellence across the organisation. You will coordinate disclosures, ESG ratings, and stakeholder communications, partnering with Finance and other functions to ensure credible reporting.

The role sits in Coloplast's Global Sustainability team and reports to the Senior Director - Sustainability, collaborating across Finance, Communications, and Investor Relations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in sustainability reporting or corporate reporting.
• Experience with CSRD/ESRS and double materiality.
• Proficiency in English; strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with Workiva is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative sustainability disclosures and annual report content.
• Own and improve reporting processes and governance for CSRD/ESRS.
• Manage stakeholder relationships for assurance activities.
• Drive ESG ratings program and track performance.
• Develop compelling sustainability narratives aligned to strategy.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into recommendations.
