Would you like to become a trusted partner to the Vice Presidents for Customer Experience and Finance in Chronic Care – gaining trusted sparring partners at senior level and unique insight into an international organization that improves the lives of people with intimate healthcare needs?
Then join us in a seat close to senior leadership, where you act with a real mandate rather than passing everything up the line. Here, you will get a role with genuine variety, as your new position combines executive support, communication and project coordination.
You will join the Customer Experience organisation within Chronic Care. Our main agenda is to ensure that Coloplast continuously becomes even more customer-centric, as we support the health care needs of millions of users. All this is in a culture where listening to one another is as valued as listening to customers.
As Management Assistant, you will become a key member of our leadership support, partnering with senior executives while working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple business areas.
Being the steady hand behind your VPs, you will make sure meetings, travel and documentation are all handled efficiently. One hour you are shaping an agenda, the managing expenses, and the next scheduling a performance review.
We expect that you will spend around 70 % of your time assisting the VP for Customer Experience and 30 % supporting the VP for Finance.
You know how to prioritise when several things land on your desk at the same time, all while keeping a high bar for quality – also when the pace is high. A holistic sense of our business helps you see why a task matters, and when supporting us in new ways of working, you take on a positive mindset. Navigating our international organisation, you are diplomatic, read people well and are discreet with sensitive information.
Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. Employing about 16.000 people and with products available in more than 143 countries, we are one of the world´s leading medical device companies. We are constantly growing our business and always looking for new ways to move forward – we explore, learn and look for new ways of doing things.
Coloplast is committed to being an inclusive organization, where people bring their differences to work each day, fulfil their potential and have a strong sense of belonging because – and not despite – of their differences. We therefore encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious belief or physical ability.
