Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Senior Climate Specialist to take ownership of its carbon accounting framework and drive the decarbonization roadmap. You will bridge ambition and action, owning Scope 1–3 emissions and ensuring audit-ready methodologies.

You will collaborate across Procurement, EHS, Finance and Operations, translate emissions data into business insights, and contribute to CSRD, CDP, and TCFD disclosures.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental management, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in carbon accounting, GHG inventory management, or decarbonization strategy.
• Proficiency with GHG Protocol and Scope 1–3 accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability translate emissions data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the global carbon accounting framework, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
• Maintain emissions methodologies for accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness.
• Govern emissions data across the organization and ensure governance standards.
• Drive implementation of the decarbonization roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Support climate disclosures and reporting aligned with CSRD, CDP, and TCFD.
