Job summary

You will work on a large, integrated software system in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines. On-site presence in Denmark is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Software Engineer in renewable energy or industrial automation.
• Strong C and C++ programming skills.
• Extensive MATLAB and Simulink experience for model-based design.
• Experience with complex, integrated software systems.
• Hands-on, team-focused with a willingness to adapt to development processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PPC software using C and C++.
• Apply model-based design with MATLAB/Simulink for control algorithms.
• Collaborate in a flow agile (hybrid waterfall/agile) framework to deliver features in defined sprints.
• Work on a large, integrated software system across components.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging.
• Support the team in meeting contractual obligations for large-scale wind farm sites.
