Job summary

KK Group A/S is looking for a System Manager for Energy Management Systems (EMS) & Hybrid Power Plant Controller (HPPC) based in Ikast or Hammel. The role involves leading the development of advanced energy asset control strategies and requires a strong foundation in control system design.

Must possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s in an engineering field with proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink. This position offers a hybrid work model, emphasizing collaboration with multiple teams to meet grid compliance and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of dynamic grid behavior and response requirements.
• Experience writing functional specifications and translating them into software development requirements.
• Familiarity with communication protocols used in EMS and HPPC (Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC UA).

Responsibilities

• Serve as overall system-responsible owner for EMS and HPPC features.
• Define the concept and system architecture of EMS and HPPC.
• Specify, scope, and prioritize control requirements for software teams.

Education
