Qualifications

• 5+ years site experience in pharmaceutical, commercial, industrial or data centre sectors.
• Able to interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Proven track record as a Trade Leader.
• Experience with materials ordering and lead times.
• Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Manager in organizing and coordinating site activities.
• Lead and coordinate electrical trade professionals on site.
• Track daily site activities and progress, ensuring quality, safety and budget compliance.
• Carry out tasks per project plans, ITPs and RAMS; manage changes via IFC scope.
• Attend weekly project meetings and communicate with CM/PM.
