Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to support the Site Manager in coordinating on-site activities and leading teams of Electrical trade professionals. You will track daily progress, ensure safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery, and drive quality control across the installation scope.

Responsibilities include coordinating with trades, reviewing IFC scope, and maintaining documentation and RAMS.

Qualifications

Senior trades qualification or equivalent with 5+ years site experience in pharma/industrial/data centre sectors.
Ability to interpret schematics and electrical drawings.
Strong understanding of site activities, planning, and coordination.
Track record as a practical team leader with focus on quality, schedule and cost.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate electrical trade teams on site to deliver to quality, on time and within budget.
Develop look-ahead schedules and coordinate with other trades.
Review IFC scope, set-up area, and ensure compliance with drawings and ITPs.
Enforce RAMS, quality audits, and safe working practices on site.
Maintain site documentation, drawings, and FTP/ITP updates.
Manage procurement coordination and communications with CM and PM.
Provide guidance to subcontractors and ensure performance meets Kirby standards.
