Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Senior EHS Advisor to lead Environment, Health and Safety guidance across projects. You will implement and maintain the Kirby management system, coordinate EHS matters with project teams and report constructively to project managers and site teams.

The role emphasizes leadership in EHS requirements, RAMS, safety plans, training, and audits to ensure compliance and continual improvement across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar EHS role within construction/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations and practices.
• Proactive in safety leadership and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS guidance to management, safety reps and site workers.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare project-specific EHS Plans, RAMS, inductions and risk assessments.
• Audit projects and implement corrective actions and continual improvements.
• Maintain and update site safety files and RAMS in line with regulations.
• Provide training on EHS matters and report KPI data to management.
