Job summary

Hårklinikken is seeking an experienced Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead and scale our global online business. You will own the presentation, merchandising and conversion strategy across six Shopify sites in multiple markets, including optimization of the customer journey from first visit to purchase.

You will drive the ecommerce roadmap, CRO initiatives, and revenue growth while ensuring fast, stable experiences via close collaboration with our web agency and tech team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ecommerce experience with full ownership of a webshop’s trading and conversion.
• Deep Shopify experience, ideally Shopify Plus across multiple storefronts or markets.
• Experience with subscriptions in ecommerce, ideally Recharge.
• Strong CRO track record, with tests and measurable impact.
• Strong GA4 and Shopify analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the sales plan across six sites, with market-specific campaigns.
• Merchandising and launches coordinating with Brand, clinics and Operations.
• Develop and run CRO roadmaps and tests to improve conversion.
• Manage ecommerce backlog and coordinate with web agency and tech team.
• Optimise consultation booking flow and first purchase in collaboration with CRM & Lifecycle Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day e-tailers, SEO and external partnerships.
