Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Document Controller to join our Denmark project team. The role focuses on effective management, distribution and quality control of all project documentation, ensuring version control and compliance with project requirements.

You will work with design, engineering and site management teams to maintain accurate records, support CDE processes, and contribute to continuous improvement and training across the project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large volumes of project documentation.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, BS 1192 and PAS 1192 standards.
• Experience with VFP, FV or similar CDE/DFT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Validate, check, and curate all project documentation for accuracy and traceability.
• Establish and maintain central files, registers and distribution matrices.
• Support change control processes within the CDE and participate in project meetings on IM matters.
