Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking Site Supervisors to join its Denmark-based Data Centre team. The role involves supervising a section of the construction site under the General Site Supervisor or Site Manager, ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence.

You will coordinate Section and Assistant Section Supervisors, monitor subcontractors, and maintain daily logs while supporting planning and risk management on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising construction teams on medium scale projects.
• IOSH or equivalent health and safety training is required.
• Understanding of BIM strategy and construction technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities within a designated section of the site.
• Lead Section Site Supervisors and Assistant Site Supervisors to ensure tasks meet programme and quality requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor and workforce performance to ensure contract compliance.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, environmental and quality practices within the section.
• Maintain accurate records including daily logs and material usage.
• Support General Site Supervisor in planning and resource allocation.
