COWI is seeking a Senior Construction Manager in District Heating to lead construction management across projects, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery excellence. You will work with clients, contractors, and teams to balance technical execution with commercial performance and client satisfaction.

You will lead planning, tendering, and handover phases, while mentoring others and seeking opportunities to grow COWI’s district heating portfolio in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction management, preferably in district heating or energy infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, planning, cost control, and contract administration.
• Commercial and market-oriented mindset with ability to translate client priorities into opportunities.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead construction management activities from planning through handover.
• Build strong client relationships and identify value-add opportunities.
• Manage contractors, site activities, schedules, budgets, risks and safety.
• Support tender preparation, estimating, contract management and negotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the district heating portfolio.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective collaboration.
• Mentor colleagues to strengthen the team's capabilities.
