Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager – Head of Performance Management in Billund to drive performance across Elements & Moulds Operations. You will lead a skilled team in KPI governance, analytics, data transformation, and AI-enabled improvements across the value chain.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Production, Finance and Business Technology leaders to deliver data-driven decisions that optimize quality, cost and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading performance management, KPI reporting/governance, and analytics in a complex operational, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Proven track record of turning strategy into measurable results.
• Experience with data transformation, advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Interest in AI and digitalization tools.
• Ability to challenge status quo and drive meaningful change.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across senior leadership.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Drive and govern performance across Elements & Moulds Operations with transparency and continuous improvement.
• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs that support strategic priorities and operational excellence.
• Oversee data transformation, analytics, and data pipelines using LEGO data platform.
• Lead exploration and adoption of AI and digital solutions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, finance and technology functions for alignment.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team and foster collaboration.
• Contribute to the Supply Chain Management Leadership Team and shape future direction.
