LEGO is seeking a Design Engineer Manager, Element Coach in Billund. You will help teams bring innovative LEGO bricks to life while strengthening the LEGO Building System for future generations of builders.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to govern product development, drive Design for Manufacturing, and support sustainability initiatives, balancing technical judgment with clear communication and coaching.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering or Industrial Design with product development.
• Coaching cross-functional teams to align design and engineering standards.
• Applied quantitative analysis and systems thinking for governance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach product teams to drive governance, quality and development standards.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to strengthen alignment and decisions.
• Support Design for Manufacturing and sustainability initiatives across functions.
• Help maintain LEGO Building System requirements and play value.
