Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund seeks a Senior Head of Performance Management to shape the performance agenda for Elements & Moulds Operations. You will lead a skilled team, drive KPI governance, analytics and data transformation, and partner with senior leaders to improve quality, cost and delivery across the value chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading performance management, KPI reporting/governance, and analytics in a complex operational or supply chain environment.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into measurable results and drive change.
• Experience with data transformation and data-driven decision-making.
• Interest in AI and digitalization tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive and challenge performance across Elements & Moulds Operations with transparency and accountability.
• Define, implement, and follow up on KPIs that support strategy and operational excellence.
• Ensure data transformation and analytics pipelines using LEGO data platform for actionable insights.
• Lead AI and digital transformation initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with engineering, quality, production, finance and tech.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
• Contribute to Supply Chain Management Leadership Team and shape strategic direction.
