Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund seeks a senior leader to serve as Head of Performance Management. You will shape the performance agenda across Operations, drive KPI governance, and lead analytics and data transformation initiatives.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Production, Finance, and Tech to improve performance, cost, and delivery across the value chain, while guiding AI-enabled digital improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading performance management, KPI reporting/governance and analytics in a complex operational, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Proven track record turning strategy into measurable results and improving business performance.
• Experience with data transformation, advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Performance Management, KPI governance, and reporting across Elements & Moulds Operations.
• Drive data transformation, analytics, and actionable insights to support decisions.
• Explore AI and digital solutions to improve performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with engineering, finance, and technology teams.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team and contribute to strategic direction.
