Job Description Just imagine shaping the digital roadmap behind the experiences millions of consumers and colleagues rely on every day. Then make it real.
As our Senior Director, Technical Program Management, you'll lead some of the most complex and strategically important technology programs across the LEGO Group. You'll combine executive-level technical program leadership with people leadership, guiding a team of Technical Program Managers while directly driving large cross-product and cross-domain initiatives. This role sits within Consumer Marketing Technology, where we build technology solutions that support both consumers and employees. You'll help create the right balance between agility, engineering excellence, and program assurance, ensuring teams can deliver meaningful outcomes without unnecessary governance.
Multi-year program roadmaps that connect technology delivery to measurable business outcomes. Clear operating rhythms that provide transparency, alignment, and momentum across large programs. Strong partnerships across engineering, product, technology, and business leadership teams. Delivery frameworks that enable teams to move quickly while maintaining confidence in execution. A high-performing Technical Program Management capability that supports critical strategic priorities. If you've worked in a role where you coordinated large cross-functional programs while leading experienced program managers, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to translate complexity into clarity and create value through delivery.
You'll join a collaborative technology organization that believes great outcomes come from working together.
We partner closely across product, engineering, and business teams and value open communication, continuous learning, and shared ownership.
You'll help build a community of practice for Technical Program Management while fostering an inclusive culture where curiosity, emotional intelligence, thoughtful influence, and a genuine desire to learn are part of everyday work.
Our hybrid working rhythm supports both focused work and meaningful collaboration.
Success means guiding multiple strategic programs simultaneously while helping others do the same. You'll strengthen the Technical Program Management capability, improve portfolio execution across user groups and domains, and help shape long-term technology strategy. Working closely with senior technology, product, and business leaders, you'll create the conditions for sustainable delivery, stronger collaboration, and lasting value across the organization.
