Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director in the Business and Technology Insights group to lead thought leadership on digital asset platforms. The role involves shaping market insights, guiding cross-border payments, tokenization, and compliance strategies for large client organizations.

The candidate will mentor teammates, travel up to 25%, and present research at Gartner events and client briefings. A strong research and communication track record is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• 3+ years in payments, fintech, enterprise tech, or advisory roles with exposure to large enterprise or government clients.
• Strong understanding of tokenization, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain, and the digital asset regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking content and must-have insights.
• Develop new insights and actionable approaches for client needs.
• Analyze client barriers and reframing to drive strategy forward.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and establish insights positions within the team.
• Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice via virtual or face-to-face sessions.
• Create high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Support sales by acting as a voice of the market to drive client engagement.
