Job summary

The role requires extensive SaaS negotiation experience, strong writing/presentation skills, and travel up to 25%. You will engage executives and contribute to Gartner's research agenda across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in relevant field or industry.
• 5+ years SaaS/software contract negotiations.
• Extensive experience negotiating with ServiceNow.
• Subject matter expertise in ServiceNow licensing and contracting trends.
• Experience with other major vendors (AWS, Google, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft).
• Travel up to 25% where applicable.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and presentation skills.
