IMPACT is seeking a Technology Director to set our technical vision and bridge technology and business. You will lead architecture and end-to-end commerce projects, driving digital transformation across client engagements and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CTO or Senior Technology Director leading transformative projects.
• Strong consultancy and sales expertise, translating technology into commercial value.
• Ability to lead high-stakes full-cycle commerce projects and articulate complex ideas to varied audiences.
• Deep knowledge of platforms such as Commercetools, Contentful and Optimizely.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic tech plan aligned with business goals.
• Translate technical complexity into business value for sales and client engagements.
• Lead architecture, design, development, and implementation on client projects.
• Mentor teams and run technical workshops to upskill staff.
• Act as solution architect and trusted advisor to stakeholders.
