Novonesis is seeking a (Senior) Digital Implementation Specialist to join our Digital Enablement Team within Product & Process Development. You will translate scientific needs into scalable digital solutions across a global organization, working with scientists and local digital teams to enable adoption and reuse of digital platforms.
This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, structured problem-solving and coordinating across disciplines to deliver tangible digital outcomes and governance.
You have the opportunity to help shape how digital solutions are adopted across Product & Process Development (PPD) at Novonesis. As a (Senior) Digital Implementation Specialist, you will work at the intersection of science, digitalization and collaboration, helping researchers and development teams translate needs into practical and sustainable digital solutions that create value across the organization.
You will join the newly formed Digital Enablement Team within PPD. PPD consists of more than 400 employees across six director areas and more than 10 geographical locations. The team brings together complementary capabilities within digital implementation, data engineering, AI and the broader PPD data landscape. Together, we are building a new team, defining how we work and establishing strong partnerships across PPD.
In this role, you will work closely with scientists, local digital teams and platform experts to strengthen digital foundations, enable reuse of successful solutions and support priorities that span areas, systems, data flows and locations.
As a (Senior) Digital Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting scientific needs with scalable digital solutions. This is primarily a tactical implementation and optimization role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, structured problem-solving and the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple disciplines.
In addition, you are: Someone who excels at building relationships and establishing trust with a wide range of stakeholders. You bring a structured approach to problem-solving and can create clarity in complex or ambiguous situations. You enjoy facilitating collaboration across teams and functions, helping people work together to achieve shared goals. You are adaptable and pragmatic, able to tailor your approach to different levels of digital maturity and changing circumstances. Most importantly, you are curious, eager to learn, and motivated by understanding scientific workflows and emerging technologies.
Experience from scientific R&D environments or laboratory settings would be an advantage. Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and experience supporting organizational change, digital transformation or adoption initiatives are also valuable. We appreciate candidates who are interested in enabling data-driven decision-making and driving digital innovation. Knowledge of digital platforms that support scientific research and development would be considered a strong asset in this role.

The team operates in an office-first hybrid setup. At the same time, working from home is possible when compatible with team and project needs. Travel is expected to be limited and primarily connected to collaboration across PPD locations when required.
