Job summary

Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks a Senior Demand and Product Planner to own product demand planning and bridge data, systems, and business stakeholders. This maternity-cover role sits within the AFI Global planning organization, integrating demand with supply planning to shape a robust forecast.

You will work with Sales, Finance, IT and Supply Planning, driving calendar-driven forecast cycles and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master-level degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or commercial/customer analytics.
• Strong experience with planning tools (SAP IBP or similar) and advanced Excel.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product demand planning end-to-end.
• Lead monthly forecasting cycles and contribute to the demand process.
• Develop scenario planning and analysis to assess demand volatility.
• Monitor demand performance and drive improvements on forecast KPIs.
• Act as key user for demand planning dashboard in Power BI.
• Lead product and process optimization projects and align with IT/value chain.
