Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, software engineering, data-platform engineering, or related production data role.
• Strong Python, SQL, and Spark skills with production data pipelines and data models.
• Practical experience with Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, Airflow, Azure, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting ML workflows, including feature engineering, dataset versioning, and production-ready model inputs.
• Deployment skills for production workloads, including CI/CD, containerized services, and Kubernetes or similar orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and improve reusable AML data products, data-modelling components, and user-facing interfaces with clear ownership and governance.
• Design robust ETL pipelines and interfaces for secure data exchange across internal and external systems.
• Translate FCP and AML requirements into durable production systems and contribute to solution architecture decisions.
• Partner with FCP/AML experts on transaction monitoring, client risk rating, and related development initiatives.
• Define automated checks for data completeness, consistency, and security, and own observability and production resilience.
