Bavarian Nordic is seeking a Senior Customer Service Coordinator (f/m/d) to strengthen our DACH and Rest of World supply chain operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while advancing standardization, governance, and process improvements across markets.

You will report to the Senior Manager Customer Service DACH & RoW and work in a flexible setup with hybrid or remote options in Germany or Denmark. Travel up to 10% may be expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, O2C, or Supply Chain operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of GDP, GMP, and regulated business processes.
• Full proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Managing first- and second-level customer inquiries and escalations across DACH and RoW markets
• Ensuring compliant and efficient O2C execution, including order, delivery, and invoice management
• Driving standardization, governance, and continuous improvement within Customer Service
• Working with customers, internal stakeholders, 3PLs, and LSPs to resolve issues and improve service performance
• Supporting audit readiness and compliance with GDP, GMP, and WDA requirements
