Job summary

Netcompany DK is looking for a driven Business Controller with a strong FP&A focus. You may be a recent graduate or have 1–3 years of experience and will play a central role in timely, accurate management reporting and KPI analyses.

You will collaborate across departments, own monthly reporting with the Head of Finance NBS and DK, and prepare presentations for leadership. This role offers growth, a collaborative culture, and exposure to an international business.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of experience in FP&A or finance
• Strong Excel skills and ability to process large data sets
• Excellent communication, initiative, and attention to details

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analyses and monitor KPIs across areas
• Comment on monthly reporting for your areas of responsibility
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the monthly reporting process
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with Shared Services and other stakeholders to ensure quality of outputs
