Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Hedehusene is seeking a Senior Contract Manager for large CAPEX projects. You will oversee post-award contract management, securing timely delivery, monitoring supplier performance, and protecting ROCKWOOL’s interests while fostering strong relationships across the project lifecycle.

Based in Hedehusene, you’ll work with the Project Support team, reporting to the Head of Project Support and the Project Director. Expect 20–40 days of travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have documented experience as a Contract Manager in Construction, Renewable Energy, or similar industries.
• Experience managing complex greenfield projects from early development through execution.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft post-award documents including Variation Orders, Claims, and notifications.
• Manage insurance claims, bonds, and guarantees.
• Evaluate supplier performance against contractual obligations and perform risk assessments.
• Support Project Managers and Directors to ensure deliverables meet contractual terms.
• Facilitate monthly contract management meetings for large projects.
• Manage contract closure processes and capture lessons learned.
