Your future team

You will join the HR Business Partner team and work closely with senior leaders across two key global functions: Group Marketing & Communications and Group IT. As Global HR Business Partner, you will sit in the respective leadership teams, partnering closely with the EVP and leadership team of Group Marketing & Communications and the CIO and leadership team of Group IT. You will report to Pia Willert, Head of HR for Group Functions and ROCKWOOL Group Business Center in Poznan, Poland. You will collaborate with colleagues across borders and functions, working as part of a supportive and collaborative HR community. This is an opportunity to take ownership of strategic people initiatives that directly contribute to the development of important global functions. With a new global HR organisation and operating model, effective 1 August, you will play an important role in helping ROCKWOOL become future-fit and talent-ready.

What you will be doing

As Global HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership, translating business strategy into clear people priorities and driving their execution.

Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute people strategies that support both short- and long-term business priorities.

• Lead talent management and succession planning, identifying future capability needs, critical talent gaps and high-potential employees, and developing solutions through hiring, development and internal mobility.
• Strengthen employee engagement, performance and leadership effectiveness through data-informed approaches, including insights from employee surveys and exit interviews.
• Facilitate organisational reviews with leadership teams to assess performance, potential and future capabilities, while ensuring consistency across functions and geographies.
• Lead and support organisational change, restructuring initiatives and other transformation projects, working closely with leaders and relevant HR Centres of Expertise.
• Facilitate the annual people processes in close collaboration with business leaders.
• Lead and contribute to strategic, cross-functional HR projects that support enterprise priorities and future capability needs.
• Support recruitment for senior-level positions when required.

You will need to be comfortable operating at both strategic and practical levels, bringing strong communication and stakeholder management skills to complex situations. The role requires you to anticipate business needs, challenge constructively and build sustainable solutions that strengthen leadership, organisational agility and talent pipelines.

What you bring

• 8+ years of relevant HR experience, with a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders in complex, multinational organisations.
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with broad expertise across organisational design, change management, talent, performance and leadership development.
• Experience in translating business strategy into people priorities and successfully executing strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to use workforce and people insights to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across borders, functions and cultures.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• A collaborative, proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to challenge and advise senior leaders constructively.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• An M.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience from an industrial, technical or commercial environment will be an advantage.
