Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a Global HR Business Partner to sit at the ROCKWOOL Group headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark, partnering with Group Marketing & Communications and Group IT. You will be embedded in leadership teams, working with the EVP and CIO to translate business strategy into people priorities and to drive critical HR initiatives.

You will own talent management, engagement, organisational change, and cross-functional HR projects while collaborating across borders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in multinational organisations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and business functions.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute people strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Lead talent management and succession planning for critical roles.
• Strengthen engagement, performance and leadership effectiveness using data insights.
• Facilitate organisational reviews to assess capability and future needs.
• Lead organisational change and transformation projects with HR Centres of Expertise.
• Coordinate annual people processes with cross-functional leadership.
• Drive strategic HR projects and support senior-level recruitment when needed.
