ROCKWOOL International A/S seeks a Student Assistant at its headquarters in Hedehusene to support Group Operations’ Business Development team. You will help prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and analyses for the Key Account Managers and portfolio management office.

You will be studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree and will gain exposure to senior leadership while developing powerful presentation materials and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree (cand merc variants).
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to develop KPI reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting material for Key Account Managers, including KPI reports and dashboards.
• Support business analysis with standard and ad hoc analyses across the project portfolio (~1500 projects, >€1000M in investment).
• Maintain project portfolio data in RockHub with regular quality checks.
• Document processes and ways of working with Key Account Managers.
• Gain exposure to VP and Director level.

Here, you will primarily support our Key Account Managers, who act as the strategic bridge between Group Operations & Technology and our operating companies around the world, as well as our business analysis function. Moreover, you can look forward to engaging collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation. We are creating business transparency and decision material for the Business development director, our Key Account Managers and the portfolio management office. As our coming Student Assistant, you will handle exciting tasks and minor projects independently within business analysis. What you will be doing

You can look forward to:

• Preparing meeting material for our Key Account Managers, including KPI reports and management dashboards.
• Supporting our business analysis function with standard and ad hoc analyses across our project portfolio, which consists of 1500 projects and 1000+ MEUR in investment across our +50 production lines.
• Helping our Key Account Managers maintain our project portfolio platform, RockHub, through regular quality checks of project and portfolio data.
• Documenting processes and ways of working in cooperation with our Key Account Managers.
• Gaining exposure to management at Vice President and Director level.

To succeed, you will need to be curious, proactive and have a strong drive. You enjoy problem-solving and possess excellent analytical capabilities as well as skills in developing presentation material. Thus, we are asking for you to upload your grades so they will be part of the overall evaluation. Together, these skills are what enable you to answer challenging questions, solve complex problems, and navigate at different levels of an organisation.

We imagine that you:

• Are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, E.g., cand merc (AEF, FSM or FIR)
• Have an organised approach to the task at hand – and ability to work with and systematise complex material.
• Are passionate about data and creating actionable insights.
• Have a keen eye for detail and data quality.
• Are a PowerPoint and Excel superuser.
• Are well versed in Microsoft Office tools and apps.

What we offer

You will work 15-20 hours per week, and we are flexible around exams.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Bachelor students: 160 DKK/hour
• Master students: 175 DKK/hour
