Novo Nordisk A/S seeks a Senior Business Finance Manager to own the consolidated financial view across BA West, spanning nine affiliates and 11 countries. Based at our Centre of Excellence in Copenhagen, you will translate performance into strategic insights for regional leadership and drive cross-affiliate initiatives.

You will lead forecasting, reporting and performance tracking, partnering with affiliates to challenge assumptions and strengthen transparency.

Qualifications

Master's degree in business, finance, economics or similar.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills; translate data into insights.
Excellent communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Proactive with ownership; can drive projects across teams and markets.
Solid Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; interest in AI/automation.

Responsibilities

Own the consolidated financial picture of BA West across nine affiliates.
Drive consolidated forecasting, reporting and performance tracking across the Business Area.
Translate complex financial information into clear, decision-relevant insights for leadership.
