Qualifications

• 7+ years of program leadership in Pharma R&D technology.
• Direct experience with Veeva Vault implementations.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful execution of Global R&D Vault implementations.
• Build relationships with customer IT and business executives.
• Lead cross-functional Veeva teams to deliver unified programs.
• Negotiate contracts that expand customer value.
• Oversee transitions from implementation to post-deployment operations.
• Communicate proactively to align all stakeholders.
