Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead multi-market R&D transformation across Europe. You will align Product, Sales, and Services to deliver maximum customer impact for strategic Vault deployments in the life sciences sector.

The role requires 7+ years of enterprise program leadership in pharma, deep R&D domain knowledge, executive-level communication, and willingness to travel up to 25%. This is a remote, full-time position based in Denmark with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Extensive program leadership experience (7+ years) delivering enterprise-scale R&D or GxP technology programs.
• Deep understanding of Pharmaceutical R&D functions such as Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Quality, or Manufacturing.
• Proven consulting experience supporting enterprise pharma clients across multiple business domains.
• Demonstrated success leading global teams to deliver complex, multi-system implementations with measurable impact.
• Strategic thinker with experience defining technology roadmaps that modernize operations and enable transformation.
• Executive communicator capable of influencing decisions and building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time in Denmark/Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the successful execution of complex, multi-functional Global R&D Vault implementations at strategic accounts.
• Forge trusted-advisor relationships with customer IT and business executives to secure buy-in and govern roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional Veeva teams—Sales, Product, Strategy, Services—delivering unified, outcome-driven programs.
• Negotiate and lead services contracts and proposals to expand customer value and adoption.
• Proactively anticipate risks, resolve challenges, and maintain delivery cadence across teams.
• Oversee transitions from implementation into post-deployment operations and enablement.
• Communicate with executive clarity to align stakeholders at all levels.
