Job summary

NoA Connect Danmark is building a new, full‑funnel media agency in Copenhagen. You will lead client relationships at marketing‑director and CMO level, owning strategy, delivery, advisory work and commercial outcomes.

You will shape how we run client relationships, plan, report and set the agency’s standards. Reporting to our CEO, you’ll influence how the agency is built and how we operate within the NoA family.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in a media agency or comparable environment.
• Owned client relations, media strategy, planning and buying, with commercial responsibility.
• Comfortable presenting to senior marketers and defending plans.
• Familiar with effect, incrementality, marketing mix modelling and brand tracking.
• Proficient in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between media architecture and creative, coordinating with strategists, creatives and designers.
• Lead senior client relationships and ensure business impact beyond campaign metrics.
• Sell senior advisory work as projects: annual planning, media audits, tender advisory.
• Own the annual media strategy, channel planning, budget allocation and campaign management.
• Lead conversations on what actually worked and translate insights into client actions.
• Drive growth and profitability through scoping, forecasting and delivery commitments.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and internal groups.
