Job summary

DEPT® in Denmark seeks a senior commercial leader to accelerate growth of its Media business. As Head of Growth, Media, you will build a sustainable pipeline, convert opportunities into long-term client relationships, and expand work with existing clients.

You will be the public face of DEPT® in Denmark, shaping industry perspectives and collaborating with Leaders across disciplines to grow DEPT® as a unified agency.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in new business, growth or commercial leadership within a digital media or integrated agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the new business pipeline for DEPT®'s Media business in Denmark.
• Identify, develop and convert opportunities with ambitious Danish brands.
• Lead major Media pitches from first conversation through to conversion.
• Build senior relationships with prospective clients and become a trusted advisor.
• Identify growth opportunities within our existing client portfolio and turn them into actionable account growth plans.
• Connect Media with Creative, Experience, CRM, Commerce, Data & AI and Technology when it creates a better answer.
• Collaborate with Head of Clients and Head of Growth to drive one commercial agenda for Denmark.
• Lead, coach and develop the Danish Media Growth team.
• Build strong relationships with media partners and the Danish marketing ecosystem.
• Represent DEPT® at industry events and client forums.
• Bring market intelligence back to sharpen the proposition.
